1 · Add your guests
Open Guests & Tables to paste or type your list (or Import CSV). In a hurry? Click Load sample to explore with a demo wedding. Set your table size and whether you want a head table or a sweetheart table.
2 · Auto-arrange
Hit Auto-arrange and the app seats everyone by their tags — families and couples together, the wedding party at the head/sweetheart table, partners side by side.
3 · Fine-tune on the canvas
Drag tables to lay out the room and drag guests between tables. Click a table to change its number, shape, size, or role. Double-click a table number to rename it. Shift-click or drag a box to select several tables at once. Press Delete to remove a selected table, or to send a selected guest back to the bullpen on the left.
Getting around: scroll to pan the room, or hold Space and drag to glide around like a hand tool. Pinch on a trackpad (or hold Ctrl/⌘ and scroll) to zoom toward your cursor. The zoom slider and arrow keys still work too.
4 · Meals & design
Use Meals to set each guest's entrée and flag allergies. Use Design to pick a color palette and font.
5 · Export
Click Export to download your seating chart PDF, place cards, guest list, and more.
Your work saves automatically. Use the ⤓ / ⤴ icons to save or open a backup file, and Ctrl+Z to undo.
